Los vendedores.<\/p>\n<p>Los vendedores trabajan siempre de una misma manera, no hay cambios en sus procesos y sin embargo, lo curioso es que para multitud de profesiones, tenemos necesidades de formaci\u00f3n continua, mejores t\u00e9cnicas de construcci\u00f3n, nuevos lenguajes de programaci\u00f3n, nuevos tratamientos m\u00e9dicos, nuevas leyes&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Los vendedores, somos esos que tenemos que saber c\u00f3mo convencer al p\u00fablico para que compre, \u00bf\u00bfpero nuestra formaci\u00f3n continua?? ah si&#8230; saber de producto vale&#8230; PUES NO VALE!!!!! a ver cuando nos enteramos que las habilidades de los vendedores se entrenan, que se estudian estrategias de cierre, creaci\u00f3n de ciclos de venta, t\u00e9cnicas de oratoria, etc&#8230; Hay muchas cosas que un vendedor debe mejorar y por ende su compa\u00f1\u00eda si quiere vender m\u00e1s!!!<\/p>\n<p>Siempre hablo de los KPIs, esos marcadores que indican como va la cosa en ventas, y que me dicen si estamos dentro de objetivos o no&#8230; todos ellos cuantitativos, por supuesto, pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 pasa con los KPIs cualitativos? \u00bfsabemos medir las cualidades que cambian mi conversi\u00f3n en ventas? o \u00bfs\u00f3lo medimos las cantidades?<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e1rate a pensar, es por donde empieza el cambio en ventas, a partir de ah\u00ed, si, podr\u00e1s vender m\u00e1s&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfPero de verdad tenemos idea de porqu\u00e9 vendemos?
